Whenever you draw anything, like myself, the artist tends to see their creation as unworthy. I can relate to this as I too see my art as not worthy to be considered "great." What can someone do about it other than to continue practicing? First of all, even if we think it looks terrible, we should finish it till the last line or color of the drawing/painting. Then, we should keep it for reference or to learn from it. It may not look all that great to the artist, but I bet the piece might be found beautiful, or fantastic in the eyes of someone else. Finding time to draw out what you want shouldn't be a hassle but i guess it is sometimes when other pressing matters are at hand. Sometimes i feel like just not drawing at times but then i see what people comment on my drawings and it fills me with joy and makes me want to draw more. Sometimes it is hard when you are your own worst critic and stop half way  but I have to stop thinking that and finish up the drawing. It will not always turn up the way you want but the more you do it the more you learn and experience what needs to be done to make it better than before.

June 28, 2012         Today I created my deviantArt account, I wanted to before but thought my drawings were not good enough to be posted on the site. I like how some of my drawings turn out and want to post them someplace so I can have them. I can't wait to upload some more on the site and i'm pretty sure I will add more journal entries, because sometimes you want to write down how you're feeling, you know?
